Access to BioSimDB

We provide a CCPBioSim hosted webform that allows users to easily access the biosimdb-interface. Users can extract descriptive information from simulations, fill in missing terms and upload this metadata along with simulation files to a data repository of the users’ choosing.

One such data repository is the Biomolecular Simulations Database (BioSimDB), a collection of molecular dynamics simulation trajectories provided freely by the biomolecular simulation research community based in the UK and hosted by PSDI. The repository content is accessible to anyone. To upload your own simulation data to BioSimDB, please follow the instuctions to join.
