Access to BioSimDB
==================

We provide a CCPBioSim hosted webform that allows users to easily access the ``biosimdb-interface``. Users can extract descriptive information from simulations, fill in missing terms and upload this metadata along with simulation files to a data repository of the users' choosing.

One such data repository is the `Biomolecular Simulations Database (BioSimDB) <https://data-collections.psdi.ac.uk/communities/biosimdb>`_, a collection of molecular dynamics simulation trajectories provided freely by the biomolecular simulation research community based in the UK and hosted by `PSDI <https://www.psdi.ac.uk>`_. The repository content is accessible to anyone. To upload your own simulation data to BioSimDB, please follow the instuctions to join.
